Eric Leininger (SAS '75) is a Corporate SVP at McDonald's Corporation. He is responsible for leading McDonald's charge to continually listen to and learn from its customers as McDonald's strives to become their favorite place and way to eat. In addition to leading the Insights community at McDonald’s, he is also responsible for Marketing and Insights training and development, as well as global Marketing Planning.
In addition to Eric’s responsibilities at McDonald's, Eric is a Lecturer in Marketing at Kellogg School of Management,Northwestern University. In 2009, Kellogg students nominated Eric for the Lavengood Award for teaching excellence. He teaches classes in the part-time MBA program, including Global Marketing as well as Introduction of New Productsand Services. Additionally, Eric is also on the faculty of two executive education programs at the Allen Center: Kellogg on Branding and Customer Insight Tools.
